Venue Partner Terms
ChargeDrop is a trading name of Marshal Growth Ltd.
1. Overview
Outline of the relationship between ChargeDrop and partner venues. Specific commercial terms are agreed individually with each venue.
2. Equipment
ChargeDrop owns and operates the station. Responsibilities for installation, maintenance and removal to be set out here.
3. Venue responsibilities
Providing an agreed visible location and access to a normal power socket.
4. Revenue share and payments
The venue receives an agreed share of qualifying rental revenue, paid monthly. The share is set out in each venue agreement.
